2. Always use a Little Oil Or Butter suited for frying for best results. Don't Use: extra virgin olive oil or oil sprays as they cannot withstand high heat.
3. Easy cleaning. Dishwasher Safe. To keep the durability of your nonstick, we recommend handwash Wash with a soft sponge in hot soapy water. Do not season the pan. Note: glass lids may become hot during prolonged cooking; use caution when removing lids; use oven mitts if necessary. Glass lids are dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 425°F.
